SECRET SECRECY Agreement = Between 4 countries and the Dutch Public Prosecution Service = Any of 4 countries can suppress (KEEP SECRET) damaging evidence against themselves.

SO FAR SINCE July 17, 2014 CRASH in Eastern Ukraine = ALMOST NO FINDINGS, FACTS, OR EVIDENCE HAS BEEN RELEASED.
