1766 AD-1834 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Thomas Malthus was the originator of the Eugenics Theories & the notion that the size of the population will cause loss of life due to inadequate food by 1890 AD. He said the “breeding habits” of the “lower classes of society” must be limited for the good rich humans to survive in luxury. He recommended the government deny the poor all charity, public or private, to force them to have smaller families.
1890s AD-1910s AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Charles Darwin admitted to being inspired by Malthus’ and Herbert Spencer (1820 AD-1903 AD) went on to inspire particularly JD Rockefeller, Sr and Spencer coined the phrase, “survival of the fittest” for weeding out the unfit. This led JD Rockefeller to use that excuse to oppose any government interference that might help the poor and defenseless.
1912 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — The First International Congress of Eugenics was held at the University of London with BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE FUNDING. VP was Winston Churchill and its goal: “the prevention of the propagation of the unfit.”
1919 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Margaret Sanger wrote Birth Control Review, stating the purpose for the Birth Control Movement, “More children from the fit, less from the unfit – that is the chief issue of birth control.” This matched the Rothschilds Crime Syndicate thinking perfectly as they believed in Social Darwinism of the German National Socialists so Sanger stated and got, “funds that should be used to raise the standard of our civilization are diverted to maintenance of those who never should have been born.” Sanger was a REAL NAZI before there was any.
1932 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — The Third Congress on Eugenics featured a call for the sterilization of 14 million Americans with low intelligence-test scores as Americans became the focal point for Population Control with Margaret Sanger as the ROTHSCHILDS-ROCKEFELLER CRIME SYNDICATE FRONT founding and pushing Planned Parenthood.
1948 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Hugh Moore was “converted” to the eugenics camp and initiated the next stage of the birth control movement, the stage where the Rockefellers, John D. Jr., John D. III, Nelson, and David take up –- and pay for –- the banner. Hugh Moore was persuaded by a 1948 book written by William Vogt, a former official of Planned Parenthood, that there was a “population bomb” that would “explode” and destroy our civilization. From then on Moore devoted much of his fortune and energies to publicizing “the bomb” and enlisting support for population control measures.
1968 AD-1970s AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Hugh Moore allowed Paul Ehrlich, of Stanford University, to use the title of one of his pamphlets in Ehrlich’s 1968-9 book called “The Population Bomb.” This all led to the Eugenics of Richard Nixon/Kissinger and Governor Nelson Rockefeller, the New York governor who signed his state’s abortion legalization bill in 1970. In the same year Nixon appointed Nelson’s brother John D. Rockefeller, III, founder of the Population Council, to a Commission on Population Growth and the American Future. John D. Rockefeller, III, long a supporter of the eugenics movement, reported to Congress that since further population growth would not advance such essential national interests as “the vitality of business,” it had better stop. Paul Ehrlich book, “The Population Bomb” is still used to sell fear and the program of depopulation by elites across the world, people like the radical British Prince Philip who wants to come back as a deadly virus to wipe out most of the population. Nixon to Obama sell domestic population control and funnel $Millions into ‘family planning’.
1972 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Nixon called for a report to be given to him by what would become called the Rockefeller Commission Report. This commission consisted mostly of private sector individuals and organizations, and included men like Bernard Bereleson (president of the Population Council) and Frederick Jaffe Memo (Vice-president of population for Planned Parenthood). The commission’s report was submitted to the President in 1972, but to the chagrin of the elites, he did not act on it–at least, not publicly, and not domestically.

1974 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Kissinger Report meets the Rockefeller CFR Agenda: The Eugenics Masters. Henry Kissinger or Heinz Alfred Kissinger of Bavaria, Germany under President Ford, issued National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200), which was gradually declassified and finally released to the public in 1989. Kissinger felt the Roe v. Wade was necessary to strike down every state law restricting abortions within the America as part of this plan. The plan explicitly stated the long-term prosperity & interests of the United States government was a policy of radical reductions of populations and population growth. To sell the Plan Kissinger he uses an apocalyptic tone saying, “The rapid reduction in death rates, unmatched by corresponding birth rate reductions, has brought total growth rates close to 2% a year, compared with about 1% before World War II, under 0.5% in 1750-1900 and even far lower rates before 1750 – DUE TO CONTINUOUS FAKED BANKSTER WARS! Kissinger makes clear that it is “a two child family,” both within and without America, is the goal of United States government policy. He recommended “policies to reduce fertility will have their main effects on total numbers only after several decades.” Kissinger emphasized the reduction of native populations of the targeted countries creating “lowered demands on food, health, and educational and other services.” By no longer wasting food, education, and healing the “capacity to contribute to productive investments [presumably foreign investments], thus accelerating development.” Kissinger in NSSM 200 tries to justify massive expenditures on population control in “the short and middle term” that involves “the possibility of massive famines in certain parts of the world, especially the poorest [he means “overpopulated” of people he does not want around anymore] regions.” KISSINGER HYPERVENTILATES on overgrazing, desertification, deforestation, and soil erosion and ignores overuse of OIL& GAS & OTHER RESOURCES TO OVER PRODUCE IN A ROTHSCHILDS CRIME MOB SOCIETY IN THE WESTERN WORLD! Kissinger has the audacity to say attempts to increase the food supply will not solve the problems and he discourages any other solutions (like improved education that we know reduces family size & improved living conditions to improve family sizes that we know reduces birth rates often high to compensate for a high death rate) to the “problem” of “overpopulation” other than reducing populations. He even suggests sterilization as an accepted solution. Like all ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE DOCUMENTS it is sprinkled with “humanitarian” lies such as pledges to “improve health care and nutrition” + “education” + “old age security”. But his real goal is reducing fertility and birth rates in Mexico, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Columbia. Kissinger explains how rapid population growth in Third World nations, especially in African nations, will interfere with Western procurement of mineral resources as required for industrial output in over-consuming western societies. This NSSM 200 became official governmental policy on November 26, 1975, “The President endorses the policy recommendations contained in the Executive Summary of the NSSM 200.” All this is the policy of the Rockefeller-Rothschilds Crime Syndicate with Kissinger leading a THINK TANK that refines the poisonous ideas – The CFR including legalized abortion, world-wide contraception, forced vaccinations that sterilize in a generation of so (BILL GATES). The Rockefellers completely controlled the Nixon-Ford administrations and this included Nelson Rockefeller from the inside. The major figures of the Nixon administration from 1969 to 1974, were those who were servants to Nelson Rockefeller and his family. Kissinger’s relationship to Rockefeller was the main reason why Kissinger became one of the leading minds on the Council on Foreign Relations. Kissinger had a long association with the Rockefellers. Kissinger himself said dedicated his book, White House Years, not to Richard Nixon, but rather, to Nelson Rockefeller “the single most influential person in my life.” And the Rockefellers were the richest and most prominent supporters of the “eugenics” movement.
1975 AD-1980 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — As Henry Kissinger implemented NSSM 200, an established Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) agenda is in perfect harmony with Kissinger & NSSM 200, the CFR’s 1980s Project, produced a volume entitled, Six Billion People: Demographic Dilemmas and World Politics, which echoed The Kissinger Report by calling for the deurbanization of the Third World to curb population growth. It concludes that, in a world of rapidly increasing population, it was not possible to curb population without restricting some elements of freedom. In 1975 Secretary of State Kissinger establishing a policy-planning group in the US Department of State’s Office of Population Affairs with the main task was to prepare the Americans for “Global 2000.” The director of the policy group, Dr. Gerald Barney, submitted to President Carter and also made public and sold over 1.5 million copies to people in 8 languages.
1976 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — Kissinger indicated that “restricting some elements of freedom” was not the only grim aspect of the utopian idea of a “healthy” depopulated globe. In a follow-up document to NSSM 200 entitled, “First Annual Report on US International Population Policy” of US government and it outlines a psychological warfare strategy for overcoming opposition to the population control agenda and mentions methods which are “fine-tuned to the particular sensitivities of each of these countries,” to sell their depopulation agenda by avoiding the very term “birth control” in favor of “family planning” or “responsible parenthood” with emphasis placed on child spacing. It refers to many religions as “traditionalism.” In the United States they want to adopt what can only be called a “feminist” agenda so women work instead of having children and raising them. But they also say jobs are going to disappear with more and more robotics.
1982 AD: DEPOPULATION DEMANDED BY THE BRITISH ROTHSCHILDS CRIME SYNDICATE — GLOBAL 2000: Making Religion a Tool of Depopulation Plan to eliminate Three Billion of the population from the Earth. The theory says we no longer need humans to build things so lets eliminate most of them and replace them with machines, robots and just keep some to maintain & keep things running at least until the robots can repair each other. This will get rid of the drain on resources. The WORLD PLANNERS of the Rothschilds Crime Syndicate see the future as being black unless we restrict the population. The Global 2000 Population Reduction Plan officially began during the Carter Administration as defined in the 800 page “Global 2000 Report” to the President, oddly first printed in Great Britain in 1982 (Rothschilds Crime Syndicate Think Tanks). A mass-genocide idea was originally started about 10 before that by members of the Club of Rome. The Global 2000 report concludes the trends reflect a progressive degradation and impoverishment of the earth’s natural resource base. Basic natural resources–farmlands, fisheries, forests, minerals, energy, air, and water–must be conserved and better managed. Changes in public policy are needed around the world before problems worsen and options for effective action are reduced. Global 2000 was being written right before a meeting of the Parliament of the World’s Religions and, therefore, the authors took time to emphasize that they believe that “spiritual leaders have a vital contribution to make to a country’s reflections on sustainable possibilities for the future.” The 21st century must be the time to encourage a major shift in human attitudes and institutional goals, a shift towards a “sustainable future.” In order to achieve this, we all need to achieve a new mentality in which we humans “give up old, 20th century ways of thinking and living,” where humans are expendable to finish their thoughts in their uncreative doomsday Neo-Malthusian overpopulation mantra of REDUCE POPULATIONS especially THE POOR and unemployed.
