World Bank’s Mission = “[E]nd poverty within a generation and boost shared prosperity.”

World Bank = Subscribes to Poverty Reduction = Economic Growth = Any growth on a country’s books (MATH) as growth = GOOD
World Bank = The LIE = Development of a country = connected to global markets = Must be able to sell Oil, grain, rare earth, cotton, diamonds, even arable land… = ANY NATURAL RESOURCE preferably in its raw form to RICH MULTINATIONALS.

World Bank = Poor countries have VALUABLE ARABLE LAND that Rich and powerful people WANT in COMING CRISES = Especially land connected to water.

Rich and powerful people = WANT Increasingly rare and valuable LAND with WATER = Already in huge demand for building industrial, often monoculture operations to turn a quick buck playing the market.

Rich and powerful people = WANT TO STEAL LAND already owned, mostly by smallholder farmers, and Indigenous People = Sort of people “international development“ is supposed to HELP.

World Bank = TELL LOCAL PEOPLE in Cambodia + Ethiopia + Guatemala = You don’t have the right paperwork = BUT they have been tending the same land for generations + feeding 80% of developing world + environmentally sustainable agriculture

World Bank SCAM = Local Farmers have No paperwork, no claim = Land belongs to the GOV = Becomes visible to world as a tradable asset = FRAUD + ROBBERY!

World Bank SCAM = System called the Doing Business (DB) rankings = BANK ASSETS used to combine PLOTS OF FARMER’S LAND INTO MASSIVE PLOTS to be SOLD = ONLY MULTINATIONALS with HUGE CAPITAL can by the HUGE PLOTS = RICHEST O.1% = Foreign corporations or local elitists. WORLD BANK HELPS O.1% GET RICHER!

World Bank SCAM = Claims investment brings jobs and tax revenue and expertise to a country; that is development! = LIE!

World Bank SCAM = Corporations are given tax breaks to do LOW JOBS TOXIC industrial farming = HANDFUL of JOBS are given to CRONIES that have helped in the SCAM + a few locals.

World Bank SCAM = Does do one critical thing = FAKES FINANCIAL economic activity that did NOT exist = FAKE registers as growth = NOTHING actually benefits the country = Any Profits are whisked away TO TAX DODGES = World Banks says SEE THE GROWTH to JUSTIFY MORE SIMILAR SCAMS!

Technocrats in Washington = Award points to countries = “ease of doing business (SCAMS)” = Publish annual rankings to JUSTIFY THEIR SCAM and foster MORE

Technocrats in Washington BIG LIE call the SCAM “an incomparable catalyst for business reform initiatives” so Large-scale MULTINATIONAL BILLIONAIRES are rewarded.

MAXIMUM POINTS = Fewer regulations on purchase of land + Low or NO corporate taxation + NO Minimum wage = The neoliberal blueprint

World Bank SCAM = The neoliberal blueprint for economic development = Low or NO corporate taxation, low worker wages and protection + Maximum privatization + Minimal standards of environmental protection = Everything to maximize wealth extraction and concentration.

World Bank SCAM = Claims rankings are merely about minimizing bureaucracy = But EVERY country is little more than a bulldozer used to clear the path of smallholder farmers, and whatever local labor or environmental protections exist. = SO MULTINATIONALS or local elitists can Extract The Wealth of the country.

World Bank SCAM = Cameroon jumped four spots by allowing company REPS to produce only a sworn declaration instead of a hard copy of their criminal records.

World Bank SCAM = Sierra Leone increased by 15 points by “protecting investors” + Reduced companies’ taxes + flexible tax rates for EXTERNAL investors = None from Sierra Leone.

WORLD Bank’s Big meetings on April 11 – 13th = Farmers groups and civil Rights organizations from around the world = Will try to STOP THE PAIN AND SUFFERING THE WORLD BANK IMPOSES ON LOCALS = Inform as many people, from as many countries as possible to hear about this and STOP THESE CRIMES.
