TRUE CRIMES:  Rush Limbaugh and Daryll Issa violated and violates the American Founding Principle and Right for all views to be heard in a public form.

Private citizens have a constitutional right to offer testimony to government committees in areas of expertise and/or relevance. 

What Rush Limbaugh did to Sandra Fluke was to prevent the LIFE-THREATENING FACTS and CONCERNS of women to be brought before the public.  Her entire point was that the “Birth Control” pill treats a variety of gynecological conditions, some fatal if left untreated; as happened to a friend of her’s.

Daryll Issa’s pre-banning of Sandra Fluke’s testimony was for the same purpose – To prevent facts from being heard by the public.

Limbaugh misogynist focus and preoccupation with the sex life of women with a week of sexual shaming and derision on “birth control” was all FAKED CONCERNS and irrelevant.  He used the FAKED HYPE  to cover up the real facts.

Sandra Fluke’s testimony was precisely the opposite of what Rush and the GOP and its media pretended that it was and they feared its impact.
