1841 John Tyler (1790-1862) became 10th President in 1841-1845 following ROTHSCHILDS assassination of President William Henry Harrison, a mere month after the start of the new administration. 1701 Yale University Founded in New Haven, Connecticut. Yale is a hotbed of drug smuggling, espionage, and secret societies. A statue of Nathan Hale stands on Old Campus at Yale University and a copy of it in front of the CIA’s headquarters in Langley, Virginia and another stands in front of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts where George H.W. Bush (’48) went to prep school and joined a secret society at age twelve. Nathan Hale, along with three other Yale graduates, was a member of the “Culper Ring,” one of America’s first intelligence operations. 1823 Samuel Russell established Russell and Company for the purpose of acquiring opium in Turkey and smuggling it to China for Rothschilds.  Samuel Wadsworth Russell was an American entrepreneur and trader, and founder of Russell & Company, the largest American trading house in China from 1842 to its closing in 1891.  He arrived in Canton, China, in 1819, engaging in trade on behalf of the Providence firm of Edward Carrington & Company in various goods and products including opium, an extremely profitable activity despite being outlawed-yet protected by foreign forces.  The profits made by Russell enabled him to found Russell & Company in Canton, China, in 1824. Dealing mostly in silks, teas and opium, Russell & Company prospered, and by 1842, it had become the largest American trading house in China. It kept its dominance until its closing in 1891. Russell withdrew from the company in 1836. He returned to America, and lived in his mansion in his hometown of Middletown, Connecticut, until his death in 1862. The mansion, now bearing the name of Samuel Wadsworth Russell House, (his son’s name, Samuel had no middle name) had an elaborately decorated interior; Russell had brought back many souvenirs and antiques from China, as well as gifts from his Chinese trade partner, Howqua.

1830 Russell and Company merged with the Perkins (Boston Mafia) syndicate and became the primary American opium smuggler. Many of the great American and European fortunes were built on the “China” (opium) trade. Russell and Company’s Chief of Operations in Canton, China was Warren Delano, Jr., grandfather of Franklin Roosevelt. Other Russell partners included John Cleve Green (who financed Princeton), Abiel Low (who financed construction of Columbia), Joseph Coolidge and the Perkins, Sturgis and Forbes families. (Coolidge’s son organized the United Fruit company, and his grandson, Archibald C. Coolidge, was a co-founder of the Council on Foreign Relations.)

1833 William Huntington Russell (1809-1885), Samuel’s cousin, studied in Germany from 1831-32 when it was a hotbed of new ideas. The “scientific method” was being applied to all forms of human endeavor. Prussia, which blamed the defeat of its forces by Napoleon in 1806 on soldiers only thinking about themselves in the stress of battle, took the principles set forth by John Locke and Jean Rosseau and created a new educational system. Johan Fitche, in his “Address to the German People,” declared that the children would be taken over by the State and told what to think and how to think it. Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel took over Fitche’s chair at the University Of Berlin in 1817, and was a professor there until his death in 1831. Hegel was the culmination of the German idealistic philosophy school of Immanuel Kant. To Hegel, our world is a world of reason. The state is Absolute Reason and the citizen can only become free by worship and obedience to the state. Hegel called the state government the “march of God in the world” and the “final end”. This final end, Hegel said, “has supreme right against the individual, whose supreme duty is to be a member of the state.” Both fascism and communism have their philosophical roots in Hegellianism. Hegellian philosophy was very much in vogue during William Russell’s time in Germany.

#1 END Federal Reserve Act of 1913 and drop all 12 Bankster owned branch offices across America. Remove all USURY INTEREST and limit interest rate to maximum of 1%.  Only allow issuance of US Treasury dollars at NO INTEREST to fund all government functions and stimulate job creation.

#2 Refuse all interest payments over 1%.  Allow payment of the PRINCIPLE loan amount at 0% to 1% interest.  Prohibit Treasury from charging any interest payments on any past fraudulent usury contracts.

#3 Remove Fed Reserve control of the Money Supply and make it a Treasury Department function with a Consumer Auditors appointed by a CITIZENS GROUP to have full VETO POWER over moves by Treasury. Details to be defined by the Citizens Group — This group will be responsible for insuring adequate money supply to nourish small-sized and medium-sized businesses, but NOT too much that it triggers inflation.  This means some lending will be in excess of balances on hand (in the bank) to allow for prosperity and to avoid depressions. No artificial standard, like the gold standard, can be manipulated will be permitted to avoid artificial constraints on the money supply, causing recessions and depressions.  The money supply must be balanced quarterly to balance between funds needed for prosperity and to keep stable Consumer Prices.

#4 There will be Zero adjustment of interest rates always kept at 0%, so no Manipulation that can cause recessions and depressions.  

#5 Since the British Rothschilds Crime Syndicate is known for counterfeiting American Currency to destroy our past economies following times when America ENDED two Rothschilds CENTRAL BANKS.  ALL COUNTERFEITING must be PROSECUTED as a CRIME OF TREASON WITH THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PENALTY (Death) FOR LARGE SCALE COUNTERFEITING.  If the devious ROTHSCHILDS MOB finds a work-around that damages the American Economy then they must be attacked by all means possible until their SCAMS end.

#6 Use 0% Federal money to fund all approved infrastructure projects nationwide — DEBT FREE.  All projects will be authorized by Acts of a (CLEANED OUT) Congress and can include any projects that adds good American Jobs and enhances the quality of life.  This includes roads, high-speed rail systems, airports, harbors, waterways, pipelines, internet for all American, electric utility lines, sewers, and cultural sites, etc. All such projects being put out to bid to private companies on a competitive basis audited with veto power by a Citizens Group — This group will be responsible for insuring no Bribery or Collusion with government officials.

#7 Eliminate the $15 TRILLION IN FRAUD IN THE MILITARY SINCE 2000 as initially reported on September 10, 2001 just before 911.  This process will also have a Citizens Group responsible for insuring no Bribery, Fraud, or Collusion by governments, corporates, or other entities.  

#8 Reduce Funding for U.S. Military by 10% EACH YEAR FOR NEXT 7 YEARS and fund remaining costs with 0% Treasury-issued currency with no DEBT attached.

#9 Implement Medicare for ALL and Fund Social Security & Disability functions for all U.S. citizens with Treasury-issued currency and with withholding as currently done but remove the caps on Social Security and Medicare withholding so Billionaires pay same percentage as everyone else throughout their working life.

#10 Social Security being sound and fully funded a policy must set the retirement age for collecting your benefits.  Increase Social Security payments annually at the inflation rate plus 1%/year for at least next ten years to catch up to 1980s standards.

#11 Removing the IRS and the Income tax must be done very carefully to insure adequate funds for an efficient government. Reasonable tariffs on imports and exports and a federal sales tax can generate enough funds to provide basic human needs and ensure America borders are safe and protected.  All funds that have been flowing to corporations of foreign banks must be stopped and most foreign aid must, especially for military spending must be reviewed for termination. There will be only two federal taxes levied on the American people: sales taxes and social security, medicare taxes as done now and to fund medicare of all, eliminating virtually all of the health insurance scam which is now a private concern.
