Full text of New Jersey Sgt. Scott DeCarlo, the police officer who captured five Israelis filming and celebrating the World Trade Center towers be destroyed — has broken his silence on Sept. 16 in interview with AMERICAN FREE PRESS (AFP).

ISRAELIS = Same Israelis who were working under the direction of Urban Moving Systems, a Mossad front company at the center of Israeli involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks.

“Vehicle possibly related to New York terrorist attack was stopped by East Rutherford officers, told by FBI to look for a White Van with New Jersey registration and writing on the side. They stopped the White Van as it headed east on Route 3, between Hackensack River bridge and the Sheraton hotel. Police then shut down Route 3 traffic in both directions after the van was stop. “Vehicle possibly related to New York terrorist attack, a White, 2000 Chevrolet van with New Jersey registration and ‘Urban Moving Systems’ sign (Mossad Company) on back seen at Liberty State Park, Jersey City, NJ. at the time of first impact of jetliner into World Trade Center.

At the time of first impact of jetliner into World Trade Center, “Three individuals with van were seen celebrating in Liberty State Park after initial impact and subsequent explosion. They said three people were jumping up and down.” FBI Newark Field Office requests that, if the van is located, hold for prints and detain individuals.” (Bergen Record).

In another van about eight hours (4:30) September 12, 2001 after terrorists struck Manhattan’s tallest skyscrapers, police in Bergen County detained five men in a van on Route 3, carrying maps linking them to the skyscraper blasts. “..maps of the city in the car with certain places highlighted. It looked like they’re hooked in with this. It looked like they knew what was going to happen when they were at Liberty State Park.” The men claimed to be Israeli tourists, but police had not been able to confirm their identities. Authorities refused to release their names. The five men were questioned by police but had not been charged with any crime late Tuesday. A business traveler said she watched state troopers drive the suspects away in a procession of state police cars about 5 p.m. The people detained were white men.

Bergen County Police bomb squad found No explosives in that van, but found other evidence linking the men to the bombing plot. Oddly bomb-sniffing dogs reacted as if they had detected explosives, but officers were unable to find anything in that van. The FBI seized the van for further testing, authorities said.

FBI spokeswoman Sandra Carroll declined to comment on the incident late Tuesday. But State police Lt. Col. Barry W. Roberson confirmed the traffic stop at a late night news briefing at state police headquarters in Trenton. He would not elaborate, however.

Business records show an Urban Moving Systems with offices on West 50th Street in Manhattan and on West 18th Street in Weehawken. Telephone messages left at the businesses Tuesday evening were not immediately returned. Business records show the owner as Dominik Suter of Fair Lawn. A woman answering the telephone at Suter’s home acknowledged he owned the company but refused to comment further. She also declined to identify herself. It was not clear Tuesday whether the van stopped by police is related to Suter’s company.

Sgt. Scott DeCarlo did two 30-second cameo appearances in Internet videos prior to this interview which revealed details about the events of 9-ll never covered over last 10+ years ago — Near zero coverage of Israelis involvement.

That day DeCarlo a patrol officer “was posted on the highway” to prevent traffic from entering New York City. He was told to ‘Be On the Look Out’ for a particular van, perhaps loaded with explosives that may have been on its way to destroy the George Washington Bridge.”

DeCarlo spotted a suspicious van coming off the NJ turnpike onto route 3 and grabbed his sergeant saying: ‘Hey, man, that’s our van.’ It wasn’t the exact license plate given reported — it was off by one numeral — but I said: ‘That’s gotta be it; it’s just too close.'”

Traffic was rolling at two miles an hour, so we got in front of the van on foot, weapons drawn, and stopped it.” All five Israelis in van refused to exit when “We asked them to get out of the van, but they didn’t listen. So, we dragged them from the van and put them in handcuffs as quickly as possible.”

DeCarlo = “When we removed them, one of the guys that was rather chatty said: ‘We’re not your enemy, we’re your friend. Our enemies are your enemies. At that point they said they were from Israel. They kept saying, ‘Hey, we’re on your side.'”

DeCarlo = “We brought them over to the New Jersey State Police holding cells in the Meadowlands Stadium, and that’s the last I saw of them” and he the FBI reportedly took over. The five Israelis were held for 10 weeks, but were eventually deported to Israel on charges of immigration violations.

Nov 2001, the 5 Israelis appeared on an Israeli TV talk show discussing how they were in the U.S. “to document the event.”

Two mainstream sources CBS News and Jerusalem Post documented the George Washington Bridge truck bomb incident. These were corroborated by the Deputy Managing Editor of the Wall Street Journal, Barney Calame, writing for the American Society of Newspaper Editors: “A delivery truck carrying about 60,000 papers bound for Manhattan from the South Brunswick printing plant got caught in a roadblock at the George
Washington Bridge. Another van suspected of carrying explosives had been stopped and the entire inbound bridge lanes were closed, trapping the Journal delivery truck for several hours. ” WSJ Published: May 31, 2002

One van was stopped at the “approach ramp” to the “George Washington Bridge,” with either two suspects (CBS/Jerusalem Post) or three suspects ( CNN). The two or three men were pulled over and, law enforcers found explosives inside of the van. CNN reported a Number Of Men were Arrested With Explosives On Jersey Turnpike, Aired September ll, 2001 at 23:28.

A second van was stopped at 4:00 PM on a “service road off Route 3 near New Jersey’s Giant Stadium” in “East Rutherford” = ABC/Bergen Record with five suspects. = Stopped 12 miles away at the George Washington Bridge, after 10 pm on 9/ll. CNN also reported the arrests in question near the George Washington Bridge.

FACTS:

#1 A van very near the George Washington Bridge was stopped at the approach to GWB by police.

#2 The traffic across the bridge was closed for several hours.

#3 News reporters were informed of a large amount (“Tons”) of explosives in the van and two or three people in the van were arrested. CNN said “enough explosives … to do great damage to the George Washington Bridge” — confirmed by CBS.

#4 None of these facts about “Urban Moving Systems” was ever presented to the 9/ll Commission, and it was never acknowledged in the Congressional Joint Inquiry Report.

#5 The van was in fact a truck bomb on the evening of 9/ll.

#6 These facts were buried as if they never happened

#7 Names of those arrested were never made public.

#8 The first van – stopped near Giants Stadium = contained NO explosives –although bomb sniffing dogs reacted to this van as if it did — as reported in the Bergen Record story — FIVE MEN DETAINED AS SUSPECTED CONSPIRATORS on Wednesday, September 12, 2001.

#9 The second van, stopped near the GWB, was confirmed to have “three men” as opposed to the five suspects in the other van who were stopped seven hours previously near Giants Stadium, and driven away “in a procession of state police cars around 5pm.” (Bergen Record)

Minutes after the arrests, the Police Commissioner of New York City, Bernard Kerik, confirmed (on CNN ) from his own sources the arrest of “three men in a van,” and he had been told specifically that there were “no explosives in the van.” Kerik also evaded the question of where exactly this van was located — “I can’t say yet.” — a very odd response. How is Kerik so sure about the lack of explosives, if he can’t even be sure where the van was? Kerik’s announcement, 11:30 pm makes no mention of multiple vans. Kerik really stresses the talking point. No one had mentioned “explosives” at the press conference up until that moment.

There appears to be a purging of police records related to “Urban Moving Systems” and the 9/1 1 attacks and The Jerusalem Post article has been removed from their website and from the Internet Archive — The Wayback Machine — and the Fox “News” report was removed or blocked.

Of course, a library that carries the Jerusalem Post can prove the veracity of the two van’s activities.

Ever since the Post’s “Page Six” ran an item about the president’s late-September visit to Africa with Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker — on his new benefactor’s customized Boeing 727 — the question of the day has been: Who in the world is Jeffrey Epstein?

Epstein = Said to run $15 billion for wealthy clients

Epstein = Possesses no bachelor’s degree.

Epstein = Linked closely to Manhattan-London society figure Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of the mysteriously deceased media titan Robert Maxwell who serves as his finder of very young girls to exploit.

What attracted Clinton to Epstein was quite simple: He had a plane (he has a couple, in fact — the Boeing 727, in which he took Clinton to Africa, and, for shorter jaunts, a black Gulfstream, a Cessna 421, and a helicopter to ferry him from his island to St. Thomas). Clinton had organized a weeklong tour of South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, and Mozambique to do what Clinton does. So when the president’s advance man Doug Band pitched the idea to Epstein, he said sure. As an added bonus, Kevin Spacey, a close friend of Clinton’s, and actor Chris Tucker came along for the ride.

Epstein = The real payoff for him was observing Clinton.

Epstein = Friend Former Democratic Senate leader George Mitchell = “He has supported some philanthropic projects of mine and organized a fund-raiser for me once. I would certainly call him a friend and a supporter.”
