Malcolm X was murdered in 1965.

Malcolm X = Did not believe America had a conscience.

Malcolm X = The lofty ideals of America = A sham = Injustice for blacks

Malcolm X = Understood the inner workings of EMPIRE.

Malcolm X = EMPIRE never gets in touch with their better selves to build a country free of exploitation and injustice.

Malcolm X = From arrival of first slave ship to appearance of our vast prisons and squalid, urban internal colonies with poor trapped and abused EMPIRE is unrelentingly hostile to “the wretched of the earth.”

Malcolm X = “The empire must be destroyed” — AND HE WAS MURDERED FOR SAYING THAT.

Malcolm X = “It is impossible for capitalism to survive, primarily because the system of capitalism needs some blood to suck.”

Malcolm X = “Capitalism used to be like an eagle, but now it’s more like a vulture.”

Malcolm X = CAPITALISM “has become more cowardly, like the vulture, and it can only suck the blood of the helpless.”

Malcolm X = “As the nations of the world free themselves, then capitalism has less victims, less to suck, and it becomes weaker and weaker. It’s only a matter of time in my opinion before it will collapse completely.”

FACT: CAPITALISM WILL FINALLY ATTACK ITS OWN PEOPLE AS A LAST RESORT = AMERICA #1 IN WELATH INEQUALITY + #1 IN INCOME INEQUALITY!

ML KING JR = Achieve legal victory through civil rights movement = “Selma”

ML KING JR = Failed his GOALS of economic justice and END TO WARS that transfer wealth to SUPER-RICH = EMPIRE’S abuse of oppressed at home and abroad.

Malcolm X = 50 years after he was assassinated, it is clear he was right.

Malcolm X = Knew EMPIRE, unlike humanity, CAN NOT be redeemed.

FACT: Americans refuse to face the truth of EMPIRE’S multitudinous crimes and atrocities = Nightmare of EMPIRE ATTACKING ITS OWN PEOPLE

FACT: Our post-literate society = Terrifying historical amnesia + Crimes ERASED as swiftly as they are committed.

Malcolm X = “I have dared to dream…that one day, history may even say that my voice—which disturbed the white man’s smugness, and his arrogance, and his complacency—that my voice helped to save America from a grave, possibly even fatal catastrophe.”

FACT: Integration of COLOR elites into SUPER-RICH and Politics = Nothing to blunt the predatory nature of EMPIRE.

FACT: We are about to be sold a woman president Hillary Clinton who helped foster fraud and theft by Wall Street + Evisceration of our civil liberties + Increased misery of an underclass GROWING to 50% of ALL + Expansion of imperial wars + Fatal exploitation of the ecosystem.

Malcolm X = We must grapple with the truth about the self-destruction at the HEART of EMPIRE, the victims, at home and abroad.

Malcolm X = Understood that facing the truth about EMPIRE & IMPERIALISM is only way people of color and whites can be liberated. = Bitter and painful acknowledgment of our capacity for EVIL + INJUSTICE + EXPLOITATION.

FACT: Americans cling like giddy children to the LIES we tell ourselves about ourselves. = Refuse to grow up = These LIES make liberation impossible = EMPIRE the DEVOURS us all.

Malcolm X = “We’re anti-evil, anti-oppression, anti-lynching…(BUT) You can’t be anti- those things unless you’re also anti- the oppressor and the lyncher.”

Malcolm X = “You can’t be anti-slavery and pro-slavemaster; you can’t be anti-crime and pro-criminal.”

Malcolm X = “…if the present generation of whites would study their own race in the light of true history, they would be anti-white themselves.”

Malcolm X = “..Professional black bourgeoisie, sipping cocktails…my primary concern would be to grab a few more crumbs from the groaning board of the two-faced whites with whom they’re begging to ‘integrate.’ ”

FACT: Callously EMPIRE’S Agencies rips apart FAMILIES = Police + Courts + MASS IMPRISONMENT + Substandard Schooling + Roach-filled apartments + Humiliation + Despair + Poverty + Greedy bankers + Abusive employers + Probation officers = PROPAGATES MORE OR WORSE CONDITIONS.

Malcolm X = Saw racial integration as a politically sterile game played by a black middle class anxious to sell its soul as an enabler of empire and capitalism. = “The man who tosses worms in the river isn’t necessarily a friend of the fish. All the fish who take him for a friend, who think the worm’s got no hook on it, usually end up in the frying pan.”

Malcolm X = Related to the apocalyptic battles in the Book of Revelation where the persecuted rise up in revolt against the wicked.

CORNEL WEST ON REVOLUTION = “Martin [Luther King Jr.] doesn’t have the revolutionary fire that Malcolm had until the very end of his life…And by revolutionary fire I mean understanding the system under which we live, the capitalist system, the imperial tentacles, the American empire, the disregard for life, the willingness to violate law, be it international law or domestic law.
