After 10 days of FOOT DRAGGING AND REFUSING TO ARREST THE POLICE OFFICER, Bob McCulloch rushes a grand jury hearing on evidence regarding 6 SHOT KILLING of 18-year-old Michael Brown’s by Officer Wilson. = “We’re going to attempt to present evidence to the grand jury on Wednesday.” — Ed Magee, Spokesman for McCulloch

ALMOST THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF FERGUSON, MO = 20,000 sign petitions seeking special prosecutor in Michael Brown shooting to replace BIASED McCullock — St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Some say that county prosecutor Bob McCulloch has an unsettling history of siding with the police

McCulloch = Has the power to charge Darren Wilson with murder.

BUT MOST BLACKS object to McCulloch being the prosecuting attorney because of his HISTORY!

State Sen. Jamilah Nasheed, D-St. Louis, “Many community members don’t believe (McCulloch) can be fair and impartial. We will continue to put pressure on him to resign,” from this case.

Rep. William Lacy Clay, (D-St. Louis) = Disapproves of the McCulloch as prosecutor: “We don’t have any confidence in the St. Louis County prosecuting attorney’s office… I have no faith in him, but I do trust the FBI and the justice department.”

The Post-Dispatch reviewed the previously 2000 secret grand jury tapes and found that McCulloch’s public statements were untrue.

McCulloch lied in telling the public repeatedly that “every witness” in the grand jury hearings had testified that the two detectives fired to defend themselves after the suspect tried to run them over with his car. A COMPLETE LIE = THE CAR NEVER MOVED! + McCulloch never brought independent evidence before the grand jury to FIND THE TRUTH. + Contrary to McCulloch’s public statements, the grand jury tapes showed that four other detectives testified that they never saw the suspect’s car travel toward the officers.

McCulloch = NEVER used the testimony of a nationally noted collision expert who investigated the case for the Justice Department that determined the suspect’s car had always been in reverse.

McCulloch = Criticized for his role in a 2000 case in which two black men were fatally shot 21 TIMES by two white undercover officers. St. Louis Post-Dispatch said McCulloch and a grand jury’s decision NOT to press charges because the two unarmed men had attempted to escape and drove toward the officers BUT THEIR CAR NEVER MOVED! = McCulloch later said of the 2 MURDERED men, “These guys were bums.”

FACT: McCulloch’s “Kinkogate” 1997 = OUTING A WHISTLEBLOWER FORCED TO THEN QUIT using a questionably obtained Kinko’s video. = McCulloch first claimed the fax contained a “threat.” = LIED AGAIN! He denied he abused the grand jury process, acting lawfully.

FACT: McCulloch = Has deep ties to the police: his brother, nephew and cousin have also served as police officers in St. Louis, and his father, also a police officer, was killed in the line of duty by a black kidnapper.

Martin Luther King III said McCulloch, “has displayed so much bias that he needs to remove himself from the case. That would be a victory for this community.”

McCulloch said = Report by St. Louis Public Radio: “The governor and I have known each other since he was a state senator.” + He called the current Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster a FRIEND he talked regularly with since the unrest in Ferguson began…

St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley = Calls for a special prosecutor

McCulloch = REFUSES to step down = BUT CAN FERGUSON AFFORD A LYING POLICE PROTECTING BIASED PROSECUTOR.

Shooting Accounts Differ as Holder Schedules Visit to Ferguson

3 WITNESSES agree on the officer’s execution of Michael Brown. First shot fired while officer is in car. Then Brown runs away and Wilson jumps from car and Brown put his hands up and Wilson fired 5+ MORE TIMES at BROWN = TWICE TO THE TOP OF HIS HEAD AS HE FELL TO THE GROUND!

White account differs = Saying Brown moved towards Wilson when the officer shot him 5+ MORE TIMES = MAKES SENSE AS HE FELL TO THE GROUND WILSON PLUGGED HIS HEAD TWICE.

Autopsy performed on Mr. Brown by military coroners showed he was shot 6+ times — including once in the face and once in the top of his head with all bullets striking him in the front.

County autopsy found evidence of marijuana in Mr. Brown’s system. SO WHAT?

Officer Wilson, who was not responding to the robbery, stopped to speak with Mr. Brown and Johnson. The officer told the two to get off the street, adding that Mr. Johnson told the officer that he lived nearby. They got into a bit of a verbal dispute with the officer about whether walking in the street constituted a crime. Mr. Bosley said that the officer then reached out of the window with his left hand and grabbed Mr. Brown by the throat and Brown pushed him off, and the officer then grabbed Mr. Brown’s shirt. “My client sees the officer pull a gun and hears him say, ‘I’ll shoot you’ — then ‘pow!’ there was a shot,” referring to the one that apparently went off in the car. “He did not describe a scuffle. It was more of a scuffle for him to get away.” Bosley said Johnson did not see Brown try to punch the officer, but Wilson and police claim Wilson did sustain an injury during the struggle in the car. As Wilson got out of his car he fired at the men running away, but missed. Johnson took cover near a parked car as he saw the officer confronting Mr. Brown, Mr. Bosley said. Brady, 32, a janitor said, “something was going on in that window, and it didn’t look right.” Brady saw Johnson and Brown suddenly started running and he did see Wilson get out of the patrol car and began firing on Mr. Brown as he fled.

Next Wilson according to several witnesses said Brown stopped and turned around with his arms up. But POLICE SAY Brown lowered his arms and moved toward Wilson so Wilson SHOT HIM 5 MORE TIMES. Johnson and others said Brown did not move toward the officer before the final shots were fired.

F.B.I. pressed Johnson to say how Brown’s hands were not that high, and that one was lower than the other, because he appeared to be “favoring it.” — Bosley, the lawyer

James McKnight, who also said he saw the shooting, said that Mr. Brown’s hands were up right after he turned around to face the officer.

“I saw him stumble toward the officer, but not rush at him,” Mr. McKnight said in a brief interview. “The officer was about six or seven feet away from him.”

The DICTATORS “are going to capitalize on this and try to use it for their martial law agenda,” said Christopher Hobbs, 21, who had joined dozens of other residents at the scene.
