PRIOR TO 1948 Palestinians were on 94% of the land, with Jews on 6% of the land.

UN partition gave 50% of the land to the Jews.

HORRIBLE GENOCIDE = On Operation Cast Lead in 2008, the Chief Prosecutor said that the Israeli Defense Force had used all kinds of weapons, including white phosphorus – which is an incendiary weapon. The use of incendiary weapons is prohibited under Protocol III on the Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons. = Nowhere in Gaza is safe for Palestinians trapped in despair, their fragile economy ruined.

FACTS show beyond any reasonable doubt that Israel is guilty of the crime of genocide under the Genocide Convention.

ISRAEL DOES large scale massacre in UN SCHOOLS + HOSPITALS + HOMES + REFUGEE CAMPS in violation of international law. = MASS MUDRDER of women and children

The failure of international institutions to punish the State of Israel for its crimes and its total lack of respect of International Law and the institutions of the United Nations MUST BE RECTIFIED WITH FORMAL GENOCIDE TRIALS by members of the G8 and put an end to the colonialist and racist policies of the State of Israel and its supporters.
