Libya was LEFT WITH NO GOVERNMENT = Instability, violence and armed groups battling for control = “There’s essentially no good news there.”

Under Gadhafi’s rule = Libya produced 1.6-Million Barrels/Day = NOW 0.2 Million

April exports just 167,000 Barrels/Day. “It can’t get much worse in terms of supply.”

Exports have basically stopped. Libyans are NOW using Oil they were exporting
