STUX THIS SAYS MIC: BACK TO JACKING UP FEAR FOR ANOTHER $BILLION SCAM ON THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS!

STUX THIS SAYS MIC:  BACK TO JACKING UP FEAR FOR ANOTHER $BILLION SCAM ON THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS!

Syria War = MORE FRAUD USED TO SCAM THE MIDDLE CLASS TAXPAYER = MIDDLE CLASS ALWAYS PAYS FOR ALL THESE SCAMS!

TOPPLING DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED GOVS IS A MULTI-NATIONAL GREED THING = MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE TO EXPLOIT!

NSA + Pentagon = A NEW sophisticated MULTI-NATIONAL $BILLION SCAM TO USE cyberattacks = “It would essentially turn the lights out for Assad.” = Developing computer warfare is one of the hottest arenas in defense spending + cyberweapons = growth areas = Difficult to tell how much the GOV spends.

Obama hesitate using the offensive cyberweapons his administration has spent billions helping develop,

MOSSAD + CIA ALREADY USED cyberattacks ON IRANIAN NUKE FACILITIES!!

STU-X-NETNSA + Obama admin engaged in developing secret Covert cyberarms weapons for sophisticated, hard-to-reach targets on electric grid or other strategic targets = NEAR ZERO public discussion.

“the president signed a classified presidential directive relating to cyberoperations that establishes principles and processes so that cybertools are integrated with the full array of national security tools….enables us to be flexible, while also exercising restraint in dealing with the threats we face. It continues to be our policy that we shall undertake the least action necessary to mitigate threats.”

 — Caitlin Hayden, NSA spokeswoman REFUSED to discuss “the details of our interagency deliberations” about using cyberarms on Syria.

Central issue = Strike Syria using justified humanitarian intervention that produces less civilian casualties = “worth doing to show that cyberoperations are not evil witchcraft but can be humanitarian.” — Jason Healey, the director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council

“Here in the U.S. we tend to view a cyberattack as a de-escalation — it’s less damaging than airstrikes…But elsewhere in the world it may well be viewed as opening up a new realm of warfare.”

 — Peter W. Singer, Brookings Institution = “Cybersecurity and Cyberwar: What Everyone Needs to Know.”

Obama = Concerns about using cyberweapons = NARROWED program against the Iranian nuclear enrichment program = Make sure it did not cripple civilian facilities like hospitals = Obama like that it was covert and would help bring  Iranians into negotiations = Exactly what happened.

Technological error in 2010 broadcast the Stuxnet computer worm around the world = leading to the revelation of the program’s origins with the NSA and MOSSAD and Unit 8200 = Obama’s hopes of COVERT were dashed.

Computer Attacks = Considered during NATO attacks on Libya in 2011 but target too antiquated.

NSA Alexander = Said computer attacks were used only a handful of times

Syria = No Americans at risk = Focus on training & arms for rebel groups + advanced cyberweapons covertly used for humanitarian purpose = A cyberattack on Syria would be hard to keep secret = Grounded the air fleet, or turned out the lights at major military outposts, would be instantly noticed = any meaningful attack would have to be both targeted and long enough to make a difference = “It would be of limited utility” as Syrians would shift to other weapons like an array of rockets and missiles.

“The United States has been caught using Stuxnet to conduct a covert cybercampaign against Iran as well as trawling the Internet with the massive Prism collection operation.  The world is increasingly seeing US cyberpower as a force for evil in the world. A cyberoperation against Syria might help to reverse this view.”

 — Jason Healey, referring to the NSA’s data-mining program – Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council

USA = Never openly took credit for any cyberattack = “The question is whether the president would be willing to give the kind of speech he gave about why it would be justified to shoot off missiles in response to Assad’s use of chemical weapons.”  — Senior Obama Official

Syria = Knows of these kinds of attacks = 2007 strike by Israel that destroyed a nuclear reactor being built in the Syrian desert = a smoking hole in the ground.

Syrian Iranian Electronic Army attacked website of NY Times = annoying and disruptive.  Russians and the Iranians may decide to perfect some of their own cyber weapons.
