Washington

The name of Jesus is not mentioned even once in the vast collection of Washington’s published letters. Although Washington was “serious and attentive” in church, he never saw him kneel.

“When the clergy addressed General Washington on his departure from the GOVERNMENT, it was observed in their consultation that he had never on any occasion said a word to the public which showed a belief in the Christian religion and they thought they should so pen their address as to force him at length to declare publicly whether he was a Christian or not…the old fox was too cunning for them….Governor Morris…has often told me that General Washington believed no more of that system than he himself did.”

 — President Jefferson wrote

“Cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the POWER of the people, and to usurp for themselves the reins of GOVERNMENT destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

— President George Washington

“It was not my intention to doubt that the doctrines of the Illuminati and the principles of JACOBINISM had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more satisfied of this fact than I am.”

— President George Washington to G. W. Snyder—October 24, 1798

GEORGE Washington: “ARBlTRARY POWER is most easily established on the ruins of liberty abused to Licentiousness (Greed – Lacking Legal or moral restraints). The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves. If then our freedom is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

GEORGE Washington 1787: “Paper MONEY (USURY Interest) has had the effect to RUIN commerce, OPPRESS the HONEST, and open the door to every SPECIES of fraud and injustice.”

“Arbitrary POWER is most easily established on the ruins of Liberty abused to Licentiousness. The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves. If our freedom is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

— President George Washington

THE ANTI-NEOCON GEORGE WASHINGTON!

GEORGE Washington Farewell Address (9/19/1796) — “it makes no sense for the American people to wage war on Foreign Soil… as they should remain focused on their own affairs.” And he never told a LIE.

“GOVERNMENT is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.”

— President George Washington

“The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves. If our freedom is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like she ep to the slaughter.”

— President George Washington

“The last OFFICIAL act of any GOVERNMENT is to loot the Treasury.”

— President George Washington

“The last OFFICIAL act of any (BANKSTER NEOLIBERAL/NEOCON OWNED and OPERATED) GOVERNMENT is to loot the Treasury.”

— President George Washington

“Make the most you can of the Indian Hemp seed and sow it everywhere.”

— President George Washington, 1794

“That all the capital employed in paper speculation is barren and useless, producing, like that on a gaming table, no accession to itself, and is withdrawn from commerce and agriculture, where it would have produced addition to the common mass : That it nourishes in our citizens habits of vice and idleness, instead of industry and morality : That this CORRUPT squadron, deciding the voice of the legislature, have manifested their dispositions to get rid of the limitations imposed by the CONSTITUTION on the general legislature…

“That the ultimate object of all this is to prepare the way for a change from the present republican form of GOVERNMENT to that of a MONARCHY, of which the English CONSTITUTION is to be the model. That this was contemplated by the convention is no secret, because its partisans have made more of it. To effect it then was impracticable, but they are still eager after their object, and are predisposing everything for its ultimate attainment.”

— PRESIDENT THOMAS JEFFERSON letter to President G.Washington, 1792

“The administration of justice is the firmest pillar of GOVERNMENT.”

— President George Washington

“No pecuniary (CHEATING) consideration is more urgent, than the regular redemption and discharge of the public debt: on none can delay be more injurious, or an economy of time more valuable.”

— President George Washington

“Occupants of public offices love POWER and are prone to abuse it.”

— President George Washington

The name of Jesus is not mentioned even once in the vast collection of Washington’s published letters. Although Washington was “serious and attentive” in church, he never saw him kneel.

“Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion.”

— President George Washington

“Let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion.”

— President George Washington

“..avoid the necessity of those overgrown Military establishments, which under any form of GOVERNMENT are inauspicious to liberty, and which are to be regarded as particularly hostile to Republican Liberty.”

— President George Washington 1796

“They (PARTIES) tend to render Alien to each other those who ought to be bound together by fraternal Affection.”

— President George Washington 1796

“..resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its (founding) principles however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect, in the forms of the CONSTITUTION, alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what cannot be directly overthrown.”

— President George Washington 1796

“Let me now …warn you ..against the baneful effects of the Spirit of Party, inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human Mind. — in its greatest rankness is the alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissension, has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. — this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. — gradually men seek security & repose in the absolute POWER of an Individual: — turns this.. to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.”

— President George Washington 1796

“It (PARTY) serves always to distract the Public Councils and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded Jealousies and false alarms, kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot & insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence & CORRUPTION, which find a facilitated access to the GOVERNMENT itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country, are subjected to the policy and will of another.”

— President George Washington 1796

“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great Pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men & citizens. The mere Politician, equally with the pious man ought to respect & to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private & public felicity. Let it simply be asked where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the Oaths, which are the instruments of investigation in Courts of Justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure–reason & experience both forbid us to expect that National morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.

‘Tis substantially true, that virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular GOVERNMENT. The rule indeed extends with more or less force to every species of Free GOVERNMENT. Who that is a sincere friend to it, can look with indifference upon attempts to shake the FOUNDATION of the fabric.”

— President George Washington 1796

“Observe good faith & justice towards all NATIONS. Cultivate peace & harmony with all–Religion & morality enjoin this conduct; and can it be that good policy does not equally enjoin it? It will be worthy of a free, enlightened, and, at no distant period, a great NATION, to give to mankind the magnanimous and too novel example of a People always guided by an exalted justice & benevolence. Who can doubt that in the course of time and things the fruits of such a plan would richly repay any temporary advantages which might be lost by a steady adherence to it? Can it be, that Providence has not connected the permanent felicity of a NATION with its virtue? The experiment, at least, is recommended by every sentiment which ennobles human Nature. Alas! is it rendered impossible by its vices?

— President George Washington 1796

“Firearms stand next in importance to the CONSTITUTION itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence.

— President George Washington 1796

STILL MOSTLY TRUE!

“Our detached and distant situation invites and enables us to pursue a different course. If we remain one people under an efficient GOVERNMENT, the period is not far off when we may defy material injury from external annoyance; when we may take such an attitude as will cause the neutrality we may at any time resolve upon to be scrupulously respected; when belligerent NATIONS, under the impossibility of making acquisitions upon us, will not lightly hazard the giving us provocation; when we may choose peace or war, as our Interest, guided by justice, shall counsel.

“Why forego the advantages of so peculiar a situation? Why quit our own to stand upon foreign ground? Why, by interweaving our destiny with that of any part of Europe, entangle our peace and prosperity in the toils of European ambition, rival-ship, Interest, humor or caprice?”

— President George Washington 1796

“Should any American soldier be so base and infamous as to injure any [prisoner]. . . I do most earnestly enjoin you to bring him to such severe and exemplary punishment as the enormity of the crime may require. Should it extend to death itself, it will not be disproportional to its guilt at such a time and in such a cause… for by such conduct they bring shame, disgrace and ruin to themselves and their country.”

— President George Washington, to Northern Expeditionary Force 1775

When the clergy addressed General Washington on his departure from the GOVERNMENT, it was observed in their consultation that he had never on any occasion said a word to the public which showed a belief in the Christian religion and they thought they should so pen their address as to force him at length to declare publicly whether he was a Christian or not. They did so. However [Dr. Rush] observed the old fox was too cunning for them. He answered every article of their address particularly except that, which he passed over without notice. Rush observes he never did say a word on the subject in any of his public papers except in his valedictory letter to the Governors of the states when he resigned his commission in the army, wherein he speaks of the benign influence of the Christian religion. I know that Governor Morris, who pretended to be in his secrets & believed himself to be so, has often told me that General Washington believed no more of that system than he himself did.

Every man “ought to be protected in worshipping the Deity according to the dictates of his own conscience.”

— President George Washington (Letter to the United Baptist Churches in Virginia in May, 1789)

“The CONSTITUTION vests the POWER of declaring war in Congress; therefore no offensive expedition of importance can be undertaken until after they shall have deliberated upon the subject and authorized such a measure.”

— President George Washington

“Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism.”

— President George Washington

“It is our true policy to steer clear of entangling alliances with any portion of the foreign WORLD.”

— President George Washington

“My first wish is to see this plague of mankind, war, banished from the earth.”
