Sion is well known for its old town and landmarks include the Basilique de Valère and Château de Tourbillon. Sion is one of the most important pre-historic sites in Europe settled nearly continuously from 6200 BC. By 4500 BC farming and grazing spread throughout the valley and they began burying their dead in engraved stone burial cists.

At the end of the first century BC, Sion was the capital of the Seduni, one of the four Celtic tribes of the Valais. They were conquered by the Romans in the second decade BC.

Valais between 1260–1337 had a Roman Catholic diocese of Sion, oldest in Switzerland, the see was cited at Octodurum. The first cathedral is probably from the 6th Century. It was halfway up the hill, where later the church of St. Peter stood, until the 19th Century when that church was demolished.

999 Fortunes of the city grew when the bishop settled there and Sion became the capital of this County. The Prince-Bishop had the rights of high and low justice, and ruled over the residents of Sion.

1179 A contract between Bishop was the first step in the creation of an independent city government.

1217 First written charter of freedom for the city and included civil and criminal laws and punishments as well as trade and market regulations.

1269 Own council with its own statutes was setup.

1291 Templars were Driven out of France by King Philip and formed the State of Switzerland in that year.   They settled in and around Sion, Switzerland and they stored all their wealth from the years of raids during the crusades in mountain caves and soon setup banks to store their massive gold and related wealth.  Today these robbers have become the ELITISTS’ TAX DODGING Banking Center of the World.

1326 Civic community decided to no longer automatically grant every new arrival the same rights as citizens, and those unwilling or unable to purchase citizenship, which cost about 60 shillings, but wished to live in Sion were classed as permanent residents and their descendants held the same status until they could buy their citizenship. These lower class permanent residents were mainly workers and craftsmen.

1348 Plague wiped out many citizens and citizens becoming a minority in Sion.

13th Century long distance trade from northern Italy via the Simplon Pass made Sion an important relay station on this route with warehouses and provided additional animals to help haul wagons over the pass.

1789 The French invaded Switzerland and following they created the Helvetic Republic which the French crushed and Sion was plundered.

1799 counter-revolutionary forces looted the city again.

1802 Napoleon Bonaparte declared the independent Rhodanic Republic. It then remained independent until 1810 when it was annexed into France as the département of Simplon.

Sion has a population of 33,879 and most of the population speaks French. Sion is the third largest wine making region in Switzerland, however, the valuable agricultural land and vineyards are undergoing constant regression due to the process of urbanization.

Sion heritage site buildings include the Archives de l’Etat du Valais, the Archives and Museum of the Bishop of Sion and the cathedral, the town hall, Majorie Castle, La Majorie on Rue des châteaux 19, Le Vidomnat on Place de la Majorie 15, the Maison Supersaxo, the Médiathèque Valais Sion, the Cantonal Fine Arts and History Museums and the ruins of Tourbillon Castle. The claim that the Protocols are inauthentic came from an article by Phillip Graves that was published in The Times of London in 1921, following the first English translation of the Protocols in 1920 by Victor Marsden, Russian correspondent for the The London Morning Post. Graves claimed the protocols were plagiarized from a work by Maurice Joly, titled Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu.

David Livingstone, in Black Terror White Soldiers, notes “…the Protocols were a product of members of the Rite of Memphis-Misraim and based on the activities of the Alliance Israelite Universelle, to which belonged the Order of Zion.”  Maurice Joly was a Jew, a lifelong Freemason and also a member of the Rite of Memphis-Misraim. In addition he was a protegé of Adolph Cremieux, one of the founders of the Alliance Israelite Universelle and Grandmaster of Scottish Rite Freemasonry.  It deserves mentioning that the Jewish Alliance Universelle was bent on destroying the Russian imperial family, specifically Pyotr Rachkovsky, the head of the Russian Secret Service.

The Rite of Memphis-Misraim is a masonic rite which was formed by the merging of the two rites of Memphis and Misraïm under the influence of General Garibaldi in 1881.

The Rite of Misraïm = 1738 this Rite filled is filled with alchemical, occult and Egyptian references. Joseph Balsamo, called Cagliostro, a key character of his time, who was very close to the Grand Master of the Order of the Knights of Malta, Manuel Pinto de Fonseca.  Cagliostro founded the Rite of High Egyptian Masonry in 1784. Between 1767 and 1775 he received the Arcana Arcanorum, which are three very high hermetic degrees, from Sir Knight Luigi d’Aquino, the brother of the national Grand Master of Neapolitan Masonry. In 1788, he introduced them into the Rite of Misraïm and gave a patent to this Rite.  It developed quickly in Milan, Genoa and Naples. In 1803, it was introduced by Joseph, Michel and Marc Bedaridde.

1817 = It was forbidden

1838 = The Rite of Memphis was written by Jacques Etienne Marconis de Nègre, to replace the Rite of Misraïm, combining elements from Templarism and chivalry with Egyptian and alchemical mythology with lodges in Paris and Brussels plus English supporters especially among military Lodges.

1841 Rite of Memphis took on a political dimension and became secret.

1848 With the overthrow of Louis-Philippe, the Order went public again.

1850 Les Sectateurs de Ménès was founded in London which proved popular with refugees fleeing France for London at that time. Ten or so lodges were set up by French refugees, the most important being La Grand Loge des Philadelphes chartered in London 1851 and continued to 1879.  This group became renowned for their involvement in revolutionary politics.

1853 to 1856 lodges of the Rite of Memphis were established.

1856 the Rite of Memphis were outlawed by the Masonic Leaders.

1881 The Rite of Memphis-Misraïm were fused together to be effective more effective.  These people claim to be vampires & witches using Egyptian occult powers.

1889 Rite of Memphis grew in popularity greatly do to the works of German Masonic scholar Theodor Reuss, who became Grand Master in 1913.  It still operates in Italy, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Spain, France, Israel, Romania, Martinique, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Portugal, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Guatemala, Russia, Uruguay, UK, United States, Mexico, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia and Venezuela.

ALBERT PIKE = Claimed The rites of Memphis-Misraïm were counterfeit and fake in nature due to its alleged heavy involvement with politics.  But its principles and teachings are quite similar to Pike’s insane beliefs.

TRACING THE PROTOCOLS

The Protocols were distributed in pamphlets during a meeting of June 13, 1933 organized by the National Front & edited and introduced by the German writer Theodor Fritsch.  A youth was sued because he sold the print during the meeting and Theodor Fischer was sued as author of the pamphlet and editor of the journal “Der Eidgenosse” (Swiss Confederate) which published the article written by Alberto Meyer.

National Front declared the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as an authentic secret program produced by Jewry in order to gain worldwide political power and control by every possible means (e.g. supporting corrupt politicians, bombing in underground-stations, economic measures etc.).  Fritsch said the Protocols of the Elders of Zion were produced during the First Zionist Congress at Basel (1897) and cited Rabbi Marcus Ehrenpreis (1869–1951) from Stockholm Synagogue, who participated at the Basel Congress 1897.

Ehrenpreis testified of a Russian origin of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion and linked Masonic Freemasonry and Jews using important eyewitnesses, including Chaim Weizmann, the future first president of the state of Israel.

Only witness for the defendants was Alfred Zander, Zurich, who had written articles on the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in the newspaper ‘Rod of Iron’ published by the National Front.  Jews theorized that the defendants were financed in their defense by Nazi agents.

Russian Jews presented experts saying the Protocols of the Elders of Zion was produced by tsarist Russians possibly composed by the Jewish author Ahad Haam and passed at a secret meeting of Bnai Brith in 1897 during the first Zionist Congress at Basel, Switzerland.

The court findings were thrown out by a higher court as biased and an invalid application to a “political publication.”

The plaintiffs were represented by Bern lawyers financed by Russian Jews trying to prove the Protocols were fake.

The trial provided a treasure trove of archival material for scholars and historians.  Russian Documents showed Jewish Soviet administration played an important role in procuring the Russian documents and funding various Russian witnesses to appear at the court in 1934.

So did the “forgers” of the Protocols plagiarise Joly, or did Joly receive his inspiration from much earlier, occult work?

The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu is a political satire written by French attorney Maurice Joly in protest against the regime of Napoleon Bonaparte and is possibly the main source of the later Protocols of the Elders of Zion.  The piece uses the literary device of a dialogue of the dead.  Shadows of the historical characters of Niccolo Machiavelli and Charles Montesquieu meet in Hell in the year 1864 and dispute on politics. In this way Joly tried to cover up a direct, and then illegal, criticism of Louis-Napoleon’s rule.  The noble baron Montesquieu would make the case for liberalism; the Florentine politician Machiavelli would present the case for despotism.  Machiavelli claims that he “… wouldn’t even need twenty years to transform utterly the most indomitable European character and render it as a docile under tyranny as the debased people of Asia”.  Montesquieu insists that the liberal spirit of the peoples is invincible. Machiavelli in 25 steps explains how he would replace freedom with despotism in any given European country: “… Absolute power will no longer be an accident of fortune but will become a need” of the modern society. At the end, Machiavelli prevails. In the curtain-line Montesquieu exclaims “Eternal God, what have you permitted!…”.  The book was published in Brussels in 1864 and when they tried to smuggle it into France for distribution, it was seized by the police immediately upon crossing the border. The police swiftly tracked down its author, and Joly was arrested. The book was banned. On 25 April 1865, he was sentenced to 18 months at the Sainte-Pélagie Prison in Paris. The second edition of “Dialogues” was issued in 1868 under Joly’s name.  In the beginning of 20th century Joly’s book was used as a basis for The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

The Priory of Sion = Was purposely used to coverup the criminal role of TEMPLARS using a HOAX created and dissolved in 1956 as a FAKED SECRET SOCIETY somehow associated with Mount Zion in the Kingdom of Jerusalem in 1099, purposely conflating it with a genuine historical monastic order, the Abbey of Our Lady of Mount Zion. Often the Abbey of Sion is confused with the fake Priory of Sion.

Later authors wrote that the Secret society known as the Priory of Sion, had a long history starting in 1099, and created the Knights Templar as its military arm and financial branch. The authors also incorporated The Protocols of the Elders of Zion based on the master plan of the Priory of Sion. The published version of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion had nothing to do with Judaism or an “international Jewish conspiracy” but was issued from a Masonic body practicing the Scottish Rite which incorporated the word “Zion” in its name and a designed program for gaining control of Freemasonry as part of a strategy to infiltrate and reorganize church and state.

Since then this hoax has resulted in purely fictional novels and movies that add to the intrigue created by the 1956 hoax that adds silly details to the hoax.

DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF PROTOCOLS

The 1902-1903 Russian edition by Serge Nilus, appearing in Praemonitus Praemunitus (1920). The Protocols were published as a series of articles in a Russian newspaper and were republished two years later in a book, “The Great in the Small & The Coming of the Anti-Christ and the Rule of Satan on Earth” by Sergei Nilus, who said he attended the First Zionist Congress, held in 1897 in Basel, Switzerland that was open to the public and also from a manuscript he received from a French Freemason. And again in 1906, in pamphlet form edited by Georgy Katzman was published.

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion or The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion is a plan for global domination. According to publishers claims, the Protocols are the minutes of a late 19th-century meeting in Bern, Switzerland discussing the goal of global hegemony by controlling the press and the world’s governments and therefore economies. Henry Ford funded the printing of 500,000 copies that were distributed throughout the U.S. in the 1920s. One writer, Philip Graves, in The Times of London in 1921 declared the Protocols as fraudulent and a forgery.

The text and videos of the Protocols is available today in numerous languages on the internet. The text builds on Theodor Herzl’s ideas. The text includes generalizations, truisms, and platitudes on how to take over the world including the media and the financial institutions, and using media to change traditional social behavior causing a deteriorating society.

Source material may have included 1864 work called “The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu” by Maurice Joly (Joly was imprisoned in France for 15 months as a direct result of his book’s publication) and a major source for the Protocols was Der Judenstaat by Theodor Herzl, which was referred to as Zionist Protocols in its initial French and Russian editions. Joly likely borrowed ideas from a novel by Eugène Sue, Les Mystères du Peuple (1849–56) but were common knowledge for researchers. The Protocols 1–19 closely follow the order of Maurice Joly’s Dialogues 1–17. There are a total of 24 protocols.

In the US, Henry Ford sponsored the printing of 500,000 copies, and, from 1920 to 1922, published a series of antisemitic articles titled “The International Jew: The World’s Foremost Problem”, in The Dearborn Independent, a newspaper he owned. In 1921, Ford cited evidence of a Jewish threat: “The only statement I care to make about the Protocols is that they fit in with what is going on. They are 16 years old, and they have fitted the world situation up to this time.”[57] Robert A. Rosenbaum wrote that “In 1927, bowing to legal and economic pressure, Ford issued a retraction and apology—while disclaiming personal responsibility—for the anti-Semitic articles and closed the Dearborn Independent in 1927.[58] He was also an admirer of Nazi Germany.[59]

BACK to Switzerland = The Berne Trial, 1934–35 imposed no real findings and minimal penalties that were later withdrawn.
